Is trainer pricing currently public?
Not at the moment. We’ll share trainer pricing directly during onboarding conversations.
Can my clients use the app for free?
Yes. Your clients can use the app for free as long as they’re your active customers (i.e. assigned to you). They don’t need to pay to follow and log the plans you share.
What happens if a client is no longer my customer?
If a client is removed from your roster, your shared coaching content stops being available to them. You stay in control of who has access as an active customer.
How do I invite clients?
You’ll be able to invite clients via a coach link/code and assign them to your coaching roster so they can access your plans.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription anytime and you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
How does onboarding work?
We provide a free demo where we set up your account, import your existing clients (if any), and show you how to create your first plans.
